Chrissy G. Thompson

Account Liaison

Chrissy Guilbeaux Thompson is a Lafayette native and a University of Louisiana Lafayette graduate. Chrissy began her career in hospice 17 years ago and has continued to share her passion for educating our community on its valuable benefits.

She began her healthcare career working in an inpatient and outpatient Cardiac rehab as an exercise physiologist. There she learned about direct patient care, the acute care setting, long-term rehab setting, nursing homes, and rehabilitation, including cardiac, physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. 

Chrissy is an Account Liaison in the Lafayette area. She works with local physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities and within our community to educate people on the hospice benefit. She also works directly with families in need of education for the hospice benefit.

Chrissy has three wonderful children, two new puppies, and a cat. She and her family love spending time in Acadiana, appreciating the treasures we have right in here South Louisiana, as well as traveling throughout the country and abroad.

She is a long-time member of the Kiwanis Club of Lafayette, serves as a board member for the Lafayette Council on Aging, and spends most of her time bringing her children to their various activities.
