Michelle Riley, RN, is HOPE Healthcare and Hospice's Assistant Director of Nursing. Michelle began her career as a nurse in 1997 and started working with Hospice in 2006. She started her nursing career in the Nursing Home setting, where she was first introduced to Hospice and knew that Hospice was where she needed to be.

Michelle has worked many different roles in Hospice and has loved each one. She began with HOPE Healthcare and Hospice in April 2022. She has always felt like Hospice was a calling and feels grateful each day to work in “Heaven’s Waiting Room.”

Michelle says, “Look for something positive in each day, even if some days you have to look a little harder.”
